Build loyalty among your current customers and increase your visibility with them by using an opt-in customer retention and acquisition email program. Your clients will receive monthly emails sent out automatically by us on behalf of your business advertising whatever you choose.  Each email can feature anything from promotional specials, upcoming events, coupons/discounts, new products/services, etc. which gives your current client base a reason to revisit your salon for repeat business. 

Being a SalonTouch or SunTouch client, you will receive special pricing plus you will get your first months service for free.  This is a highly effective yet inexpensive way to keep in touch with your client base on a constant basis.

BENEFITS OF THE EMAIL CAMPAIGN:   

Tracking - A tracking report will be provided to you each month which details who is opening the email, what is being clicked on, how many are getting forwarded on, who is unsubscribing, who is subscribing and other detailed features.  This tracking is critical since it will help to provide a targeted message to your customer base each month.

Personalization - Each email is personalized, Dear Joe, Dear Susan, etc.

Clickable - Each coupon/discount that is featured is clickable to your customer base.  This helps determine the effectiveness of the coupon/discount offer each month. 

Forward to a Friend – At the bottom of every email will be a forward to a friend option where the current customer base of your location can forward the email offer on to a family member or friend therefore increasing your customer email list from within. 

Automation – This program is entirely automated.  If someone unsubscribes they are eliminated off of your list immediately.  We can also provide a link next to your location on the your website where customers can sign up for your monthly email program.  Once they sign up they are automatically included on your list.
